At Mary Dona's Fibers and Fonts, we love crafting thoughtful and beautiful stationery—custom designs, bulk orders, and digital files alike. To keep everything clear and smooth from the start, here’s how our deposit process works:
1. Getting Started
We require a 50% deposit to begin any custom or large-scale project. This deposit secures your place in our design schedule and allows us to start work.

If you’re ordering digital-only files (like invitations, logos, or templates), the final payment is due before we send your high-resolution files.
4. For Bulk or Large Orders
For bulk orders, your deposit allows us to begin design work and source any needed materials. The balance is due before we print, assemble, or deliver.
Any extra costs (such as specialty finishes or rush jobs) will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before production.
